Heard your comments on 720 & been trying to ‘fix it’, ‘unfix it’, ‘block it or unblock it’ or whatever ever since. Microsoft site not much help either. For older, computer illiterate users why can’t we have a simple wording that says to keep out unwanted i/net predators download, or install such & such. Just a simple, plain English instruction & spot to click. I am still unprotected & have no idea what to block or unblock. Sorry for for being so dumb, but if the power is off. it is off, not outed!
