Ok, I’ve set up the IT Operations Information Exchange. We’ll see how it goes.
I’m restricting membership to registered users who must be working in the field. I want to keep it as professional as possible. I guess I’ll allow read access for everyone else – and maybe full access even for unregistered users in the “current issues” area.
Anyway – go check it for yourself… happy to accept any feedback on how to improve it.
