6kgs in 2 weeks. Almost 1.5kgs in the last 2 days.
Sounds like a magical formula and almost sounds dangerous.
I’ve lost about 15kgs now since the beginning of the year, but about half of that has been in the last 3 weeks. All of it is thanks to a no-carb diet.
Obviously it’s difficult to eliminate carbs altogether – but I’m doing a fine job of avoiding them. Pepsi Max is helping 8-), but the diet is now meat, eggs, meat, leafy veggies, meat & well more meat. Bacon, chicken, fish, beef… it’s all good.
The pot belly is going, the triple chin is now double, I feel so energetic I’ve started going to the gym again – and even better all my old clothes fit!!
